SHIPPING POLICY

1) Overview
This Shipping Policy describes how Kaelus Laboratories, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes and ships orders placed on kaeluslabs.com. We ship from Tulsa, OK or Dallas, TX. This policy is general information and not legal advice.
2) Order Processing Times
• Standard processing time is 2 business days. Orders placed by 12:00 pm Central Time (CT) on business days typically begin processing the same day.
• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• During peak periods or due to inventory constraints, processing may take longer. Back‑ordered or pre‑order items are handled per Section 10.
3) Shipping Options & Rates
• Carriers: USPS & FedEx.
• Services: Chosen at checkout. Available options may change without notice.
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
4) Tracking & Delivery
• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our facility.
• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guarantees. Weather and other events may cause delays.
• Risk of loss passes to you when we deliver the package to the carrier (see Terms & Conditions).
5) Address Accuracy & Changes
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment/suite numbers.
• We are unable to reroute packages once shipped. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at admin@kaeluslabs.com; changes are only possible before fulfillment.
• Deliveries to multi‑tenant buildings should include any access instructions to avoid delays.
6) Signature Requirement (Optional)
• For high‑value orders, you may request a signature upon delivery at checkout or by contacting us before shipment. Additional fees may apply.
• If you waive signature, you accept responsibility for theft after the carrier marks the package delivered.
7) P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
• We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS services.
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported via USPS; delivery times vary by destination and military mail processing.
8) International Shipping
• As of now, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to jurisdictions inside of the United States, pursuant to Section 12.
9) Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned by Carrier
• If a package is returned as undeliverable (invalid address, unclaimed, refused, etc.), we will notify you. We can reship to a corrected address (additional postage may apply) or refund the product price less original shipping once the item is received back in sellable condition.
10) Back‑Orders, Pre‑Orders & Split Shipments
• Back‑order or pre‑order items will ship when available. We may split shipments at our discretion to speed delivery of in‑stock items; you will not be charged additional shipping for the split unless requested.
• Estimated ship dates for back‑ordered items are subject to change.
11) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, first check with neighbors/building management and wait 24 hours. If still missing, contact us at admin@kaeluslabs.com.
• Lost-in-transit claims must be filed within 7 days of the last tracking update.
• For damaged items, retain all packaging and provide photos within 7 days of delivery; we will assist with a carrier claim and replacement where applicable.
12) Shipping Restrictions
• We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited or restricted by law. We reserve the right to cancel orders to such destinations.
• Certain products may have age or signature requirements or may be limited to ground transport due to carrier rules.
13) Holiday & Weather Delays
• Carriers may experience volume surges or weather disruptions that extend delivery times. These delays are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding.
